Sabich [RECIPE]

Good Afternoon Everyone!

Lately I have been craving hummus. Glorious, creamy, decadent hummus. Mmmm! Just the thought makes my mouth salivate. Have you ever had hummus for breakfast? If not, I encourage you to do so. The slightly tangy, savory flavors awaken your senses early in the morning. This Israeli breakfast is absolutely phenomenal and is extremely easy to make. Sabich is roasted eggplant with an Israeli salad of cucumber, tomato, lemon juice, and fresh parsley wrapped in a pita with hard boiled eggs and hummus. YUM! If it were up to me I’d be eating this for breakfast every single day! But as summer approaches and the price of eggplant begins to drop I know I’ll be making this again and again. So go ahead and give this recipe a try, and let me know what you think! Comment below and tell me if you’ve had Sabich before. πŸ™‚ I’d love to hear from you! Have a wonderful afternoon everyone and as always, keep on cooking! ❀
