Food & Feels: The 30 Day Body Confidence Challenge (Full List)


Good Morning Everyone!

Whew! November is turning out to be a busy month. As I scramble to piece together the best Thanksgiving recipes, I am struggling to keep up on daily posts here. My sincerest apologies. So, I thought today would be the perfect day to give you the full 30-day list, so you can keep up with this challenge at your own pace! Here are the 30 Body Confidence tasks to accompany your daily healthy meals. Enjoy everyone and have a wonderful day!

  1. Write down 5 things you like about yourself and stick it on your mirror.
  2. Dance to your favorite song.
  3. Wear a piece of clothing you didn’t think you could.
  4. Sit by a candle and try aromatherapy.
  5. Take a picture of a “trigger food” and then toss it into the trash.
  6. Take a picture of yourself laughing.
  7. Hug a loved one for 4 consecutive minutes.
  8. Take a make-up free selfie.
  9. Do a new exercise you’ve been too scared to try.
  10. Snuggle with someone you love.
  11. Eat a meal outside.
  12. Take a picture of yourself in a vulnerable way then write a letter to yourself praising your faults.
  13. Clean out your closet of clothes that don’t fit. Be in the here and now.
  14. Listen to a positive guided meditation.
  15. For one day, every time you do negative self-talk, get up and dance for 1 minute.
  16. Go out of your way to compliment someone else.
  17. Do a random act of kindness for a stranger.
  18. Try on a new piece of underwear that makes you feel sexy!
  19. Go to bed 1 hour earlier tonight.
  20. For one day, skip reading the news.
  21. Today eat a meal while “unplugged”.
  22. Surround yourself with people who are positive.
  23. Today, refuse to weigh yourself and stick a note on the scale telling yourself it will be okay.
  24. Take 10 minutes to find things you are thankful for.
  25. Put on music while you’re driving and rock out like nobody’s watching.
  26. Treat yourself to one skin moisturizer product.
  27. Drink a big glass of water.
  28. Go for a walk (or drive) just because. Get some sun.
  29. Create a bedtime routine for yourself.
  30. Make sure you are getting your vitamins.
