Now that I have, and they came out absolutely perfect, I am SO excited to share this with you again! πŸ™‚ This little pastry recipe will surprise your friends and family, and the best part? It couldn’t be easier to make. It will make you look like you’re a top-notch baker when really you’re a noob-chef just like me! πŸ˜€ So go ahead and give this simple pastry a try and tell me what you think. Have a wonderful day everyone and let’s get cooking!

Perfect Puff Pastry Pinwheels in 5 Easy Steps:Β

  • 1 box of puff pastry
  • 1 box of cream cheese
  • 1 jar of your favorite jam
  • Flour for dusting your work space

Tools Needed:

  • toothpicks
  • a baking sheet
  • a pairing knife or pizza cutter
  • a rolling pin

Step 1: Dust some flour on your work space and roll out the puff pastry sheet to 1/2-inch. Then take a pizza cutter or knife and divide the rectangle into 6 equal squares.

Step 2: Slice a 1 inch slit into the 4 corners of each square. Then put 1/2 tablespoon of cream cheese and 1 teaspoon of your favorite jam in the middle of each square.

Step 3: Tuck in one corner of each side of the square. Make sure that it’s the same corner on every side so you get the pinwheel effect and then secure all 4 corners in the center of the pinwheel with a toothpick.

Step 4: Bake in a 400 degree (F) oven for 15 minutes.

Step 5: Serve hot and enjoy! πŸ™‚

    • Thank you! πŸ™‚ You absolutely can bake. Just jump in and follow the step by step, and if you mess up? Laugh it off! πŸ™‚ As long as you have fun in the kitchen, then that’s all that matters. πŸ™‚ Have an awesome night and thanks for stopping by my blog!
